Rik Wise
Co-owner & To-Shin Do Teacher

Rik Wise currently holds a Shodan (first degree black belt) in the To-Shin Do system founded by An-Shu Stephen K. Hayes.

Mr. Wise started the North Georgia Martial Arts Club with the vision of one day becoming a fully affiliated Quest Center. Mr.Wise started his To-Shin Do studies in November of 2006 and has a background of informal study in classical Ninjutsu. Mr. Wise is committed to providing a safe and positive atmosphere for students to train in. Mr. Wise lives in the Toccoa area with his wife Kimberly and his sons David and Jonathan.

Frank Moore
Co-Owner & Ground Fighting Teacher

Frank Moore is currently a brown belt in the To-Shin Do system founded by An-Shu Stephen K. Hayes. Having a background in ground fighting, Mr. Moore partnered with Mr. Wise to provide classes for those whose interest is in ground fighting.

Mr. Moore lives in the Toccoa area with his wife Nikki, his son Frankie and his daughter Candace.
